Client Experience

In a client's words

I was fortunate to have Schwanda Rountree in my corner when I needed to address discrimination I experienced at work. From our first conversation, she listened closely, asked the right questions, and made sure she understood every detail of my situation. She was consistently responsive and kept me informed at each stage, which made a stressful process feel manageable.

Schwanda's negotiation skills are exceptional. She advocated firmly and strategically, never lost sight of what mattered most to me, and secured a favorable outcome. She was prepared, persuasive, and composed throughout.

I recommend Schwanda without reservation to anyone facing workplace discrimination who wants an attorney who is both attentive and effective.
